Operating through the projects Necronym and Synthetic Void, Rex van Huisseling explores the raw edges of underground electronic music.

Necronym is rooted in old-school Hardcore, drawing on the grit, intensity, and uncompromising spirit of early underground rave culture. Heavy rhythms, dark atmospheres, and a no-frills approach define the sound—music made for warehouses, squats, and systems pushed to their limits.

Under Synthetic Void, the focus shifts toward Tekno, Tribe, and Acid, blending hypnotic repetition with corrosive acid lines and driving tribal energy. The project embraces free-party aesthetics and DIY culture, channeling movement, chaos, and collective release.
